Thank you for the fantastic job you did with our windows.
They look even better than we anticipated (and we received
numerous compliments from our neighbours!). The workmanship
with which they were installed is top-notch. Some of the other
trades I have had in my home have commented on the great installation
job. My wife and I are particularly impressed with the attention
to detail that was given to the installation of the new patio
door. The removal of the wall was done with meticulous detail,
land the subsequent re-bricking makes it look like it was
always there. The quality of the exterior finishing work is
second to none.
We also appreciate that when you came to quote, you were
professional, not pushy. You suggested practical ways in
which we could save money and still get the results we wanted,
and you were always quick to respond to out inquiries.
We are recommending to our friends and colleagues, and
will be contacting you again shortly in install a new door
for us.

This Homeowner had been quoted prices ranging up to several
thousand dollars more than the price we quoted. These quotes
were for supposedly "high end" doors. I had a
hard time convincing him that our reasonably priced door
was not just a good value but better in all respects to
these other "high end" doors. In the end it was
a "win win"
situation.
